Continuing Education Credits
Continuing education credits for physicians, PAs and nurses were available during the 2010 PRC Excellence in Healthcare Conference as indicated below. Application for credits was done at the conference by completing the provided forms and returning the yellow copy to PRC Registration. The white copy serves as your certificate and must be retained for proof of credit. If you have any questions about the continuing education credit process, please contact Conferences@PRConline.com
Category 1 Designation Statement:
The Creighton University School of Medicine designates this educational activity for a maximum of 13.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Accreditation Statement:
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of Creighton University School of Medicine and Professional Research Consultants, Inc. The Creighton University School of Medicine is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Iowa Western Nursing Credit:
This course is approved for 7.5 Contact Hours for 6/7/10 and 6.25 Contact Hours for 6/8/10 for Nurses and .75 CEU’s for 6/7/10 and .62 CEU’s for 6/8/10 for Iowa Nurses through Iowa Western Community College Iowa Board of Nursing Provider # 6.
